Volunteer Bandstand & Events Supervisor

If you have a passion for music and community events, enjoy interacting with visitors and residents of Filey and would love to work in a beautiful outdoor setting overlooking the sea, we would love to hear from you!

Every year Filey Town Council organises a 14 week program of concerts in the Town's fantastic bandstand and we are able to offer a unique opportunity for you to help us deliver these and other events by volunteering to be our Assistant Bandstand & Events Supervisor.

The 2025 Summer Season of Sunday Band Concerts will begin on 8 June and end on 7 September with concerts usually commencing at 2:00 pm and finishing at 4:00 pm. The postholder will need to be available an hour before a concert starts and an hour after they finish to set up/clear up. In addition to these dates, there will be ad hoc bookings for the hire of the Bandstand during the season.
